Following a recent assessment, Salisburys is delighted to announce that, at the first attempt, they have been accredited as an Investors in People Gold Organisation, the highest award possible.
This is a reflection of world class best practice and shows that the organisation is truly cutting edge, operating at the highest levels of people management practice.

The Investors in People objectives are all about helping companies improve in a variety of ways. The Investors in People awards help to represent and praise companies that have already achieved excellence in customer transparency, empowering their workforce and have a superb business strategy that develops and supports its people to the highest standards.
There are several accreditations to be won from Investors in People: The Standard Accreditation, the Bronze Award, the Silver Award and the Gold Award. By receiving a Gold Award from Investors in People Salisburys has been able to demonstrate at least 126 additional requirements of a great business on top of the 39 requirements needed to achieve the standard accreditation! This shows that Salisburys is a leading company in both customer service and supporting our staff so they can achieve the very best in their careers.
