Local Accounting Firms Come Together

Businesswork Solutions Ltd, based in Ruthin and owned by Heather Roberts for the past 18 years, have decided to merge with Salisbury’s Chartered Accountants, of St Asaph.

With increased burdens of regulation coming about as a result of HMRC’s Making Tax Digital, Heather felt that the best way to continue providing the high levels of service that her clients have enjoyed for so many years, was to join forces with a forward thinking and pro-active firm.

Salisbury’s are a well-known and respected Chartered Accountancy company with a wealth of experience and together will be able to share the additional resources needed to accommodate these changes, as well as giving Heather’s clients the opportunity to seek additional advice and services on more complex accounting and taxation issues.

In order to formalise the position, the firm will operate from an additional, new location, in the offices of Gamlins Law, on St Peters Square, in Ruthin.

Heather said:

“I am very excited and confident that Businesswork Solutions Ltd, under the wing of Salisbury’s, can offer an even more complete service to my clients and see them through the complexities and compliance burden brought about by the forthcoming changes in legislation.”

Aled Roberts, director of Salisbury’s said:

“At Salisburys, we see the coming together of the two businesses as a real positive and look forward to working closely with Heather, and her clients, in the Ruthin area, for many years to come.”
